POPULAR Adult Card (1 - year or 3-year membership)

Validity Date

1 year or 3 years from the date of issue.

Variations

Not valid for purchases of book vouchers, newspapers and nett-priced items.
Discount privileges are valid only upon presentation of your POPULAR Card.
Discount privileges, terms and conditions may be amended or terminated without prior sole discretion of the company.

Payment Mode
Cash payment can be made at any POPULAR bookstores with a completed application form.

All cheques to be crossed and made payable to POPULAR BOOK CO. (M) SDN BHD along with completed application form and mail to :

Credit card payment is available at www.popular.com.my
Payment made is strictly non-refundable.

Processing Lead time

Application without the compulsory information duly completed will not be processed.
Processing of the card will take 4-6 weeks.
Temporary Card will only be issued to applications made at retail outlets.
Applications mailed directly to the Head Office or online applications will not be issued a Temporary Card and customers will not be entitled for discounts during the processing of the application.

Loss/Damage or Theft of Card
Please notify the Card Membership Department immediately. A replacement fee of RM10 will be imposed and your lost/damaged card will be deactivated.

Non-Transferable
The POPULAR Card is strictly not transferable and member must produce identification as and when required.

Renewal
The renewal advice slip will be mailed 1 month before the expiry of the POPULAR Card.
Non-renewal of POPULAR Card upon the expiry date will result in cessation of the membership. You shall be considered a new member in your subsequent application of POPULAR Card.

Discretion
POPULAR is entitled at any time in our absolute discretion without liability to you, without notice and without giving reason, to suspend or terminate your right to use the POPULAR Card, to refuse to re-issue, renew or replace the card should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.

Disclosure
POPULAR reserves the right at any time in our absolute discretion without liability, to disclose information relating to you to any 3rd party as we deem fit and in our absolute discretion to whom consider it appropriate to make such disclosure.
