The job: 

• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and merchandise mix in the outlet.
• Involve in developing and achieving the sales target
• Ensure the stock and merchandise are sufficient.
• Replenish stock when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service on the selling floor, housekeeping and window display
• Involve in performing back-end office functions
• Responsible for the outlet operational efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Responsible to guide, train, and motivate subordinates

Our requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience in retail, F & B, hospitality or service industries
• Goal-oriented and good leadership skill
• Strong organisational skill and interpersonal skill
• Possess good communication and interaction skill
• Self motivated and committed
• Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
