Terms & Conditions
- POPULAR Card must be presented to the cashier upon payment.
Application Criteria (for Student Card)
- 7 year-old and up to 18 years old.
- Strictly for primary & secondary students only.
- Student Pass must be presented upon application of POPULAR Student Card.
Exclusions
- Not valid for Nett-priced items, POPULAR Gift Voucher, agent controlled items at "One-2-Buy" section, discounted items from concessionaire counters.
- The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw any privileges and conditions without prior notice.
- Application / Renewal of POPULAR Card is only applicable to applicants with Malaysia address
Not transferable & Non-Refundable
- The Card is not transferable and members must produce identification as and when requested.
- Payment made is strictly non-refundable.
Loss / Damaged or Theft of Card
- Please notify POPULAR immediately in writing. A replacement fee of RM10.00 per card is applicable.
Processing Lead Time
- Please present your Temporary POPULAR Card for discount privileges while waiting for POPULAR Card.
- Your POPULAR Card will be mailed to you within 1 - 2 months from the date of application.
Mode of Payment
CASH- Please pay at any POPULAR or HARRIS Bookstores in Malaysia together with application form.
CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER- Please make Cheque or Money Order payable to POPULAR BOOK COMPANY (M) SDN BHD and mail together with application form to POPULAR Head Office.
