Since the graduation of the senior members of the club, Takezou ends up being the sole member of the "Koto" (traditional Japanese string instrument) club. Now that the new school year has begun, Takezou will have to seek out new members into the club, or the club will become terminated. Out of nowhere, a new member barges into the near-abandoned club room, demanding to join the club. How will Takezou be able to keep his club alive and deal with this rascal of a new member?

故事讲述了时濑高中在新一届3年级学生毕业后，古筝部就只剩下了武藏一个社员。到了四月的新学期，虽然很努力招募新社员，但这个社团的存在本身就不为人知。这时突然出现了一个外表看起来是不良少年的新生久远爱竟说要入社。一开始表示拒绝的武藏在与久远爱相处后发现他是认真地爱着古筝，于是接受了他入部，随后古筝部的社员慢慢增加，拥有了一定的实力，古筝部也开始以全国大会为目标而努力。

Sejak ahli-ahli senior kelab tamat sekolah, Takezou menjadi satu-satu ahli bagi Kelab Koto. Kini tahun persekolahan baru bermula, Takezou ingin mencari ahli baru untuk menyertai kelab, jika tidak kelab ini akan dibubar. Tiba-tiba, seorang ahli baru merempuh masuk ke dalam bilik kelab, dan minta untuk menyertai kelab tersebut. Macam mana Takezou mengekal kelab ini dan kendali dengan ahli baru nakal ini?
