Assault Lily: Bouquet In the near future, humanity faces imminent destruction from mysterious creatures known as "Huge." The world wages war against the Huge, and develops the anti-weapon "CHARM" (Counter Huge Arms) by combining science and magic. CHARM works more effectively when used by teenage girls, and those who use the weapons are revered as "Lilies." The Lilies are trained at military academies called "Gardens," which also serve as bases to protect and advise people. This is a story about girls who aim to become Lilies so they can protect Earth.

近未来的地球——人类因为一种被叫做HUGE的神秘生命体的出现而面临灭绝的危机。世界各国为对付HUGE而合作制作出决战兵器CHARM，使用这些武器、被称为Lily的少女们为保卫世界持续地战斗着。世界各地设立的Lily培训机构“Garden”成为了对抗HUGE、守护人们的据点。在众多的Garden当中，入读被誉为名门的百合丘女学院的一柳梨璃，和邂逅的伙伴们组成了一柳队，为执行任务而前往东京。以此为契机，鲁德比克女学院、爱伦斯基女学园、神庭女子艺术高校、御台场女学校、相模女子高等学馆，以及百合丘女学院的命运开始交错……
