Exchange Policy

  1. Goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for items under No. 4.
  2. Strictly no cash refunds are allowed.
  3. The exchange of item must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  4. All items brought in for exchange will be inspected and verified by our staff to ensure that they are in good condition before the exchange can be processed.
  5. The following items are not eligible for (product) exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects:
    • CDs & DVDs
    • Magazines
    • Books with CD
    • Textbooks
    • Electronic products
    • Ink cartridges and toner
    • Food and beverage items
    1. If the selected product for exchange is of higher value, customers are required to pay the price differences.
    2. If the selected product for exchange is of lower value, no refund will be provided for the price differences.

All product exchanges must be processed at the original store of purchase.

Terms & Conditions for Promotional Items

  1. All discounts, rebates, and promotional schemes are subject to specific terms and conditions of each promotion.
  2. All promotional items are offered while stocks last.
  3. All promotional prices are accurate at the time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a price discrepancy, the price shown on the product label will be honoured.
  4. POPULAR Promotional Vouchers are not applicable to nett-priced items, discounted items, other promotional vouchers or when used with the POPULAR Card.
  5. POPULAR reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
