In the Ninja Village, the Hesogakure family has been protecting "the earth's navel" by blocking it with a pure gold stopper using the "Mononoke technique" that has been passed down from generation. If it comes off, the earth will wither, the rotation will stop, and the "tomorrow" of the world will be lost! It is up to Shinnosuke to reveal the mystery of his birth and protect the future of the earth and the "tomorrow" of his family.

Suatu hari, seorang wanita bernama Chiyome Hesogakure dengan seorang kanak-kanak bernama Chinzo melawat keluarga Nohara dan menuntut bahawa dia ialah ibu kandung Shinnosuke dan bawa dia ke Kampung Ninja. Di Kampung Ninja, keluarga Hesogakure melindungi “pusat bumi” dengan menyekat ia dengan penyumpat emas tulen mengguna “teknik Momonoke” yang telah dituruni generasi ke generasi. Jika ia tertanggal, bumi akan layu, putaran berhenti, dan “keesokan hari” dunia akan lenyap! Kini bergantung pada Shinnosuke untuk mendedah misteri kelahirannya dan melindungi masa depan bumi dan “keesokan hari” keluarganya.
